Please join employee owners from across the country at this year’s ESOP Association National Conference. There will be several which runs from May

• Tuesday, May 3 - 4 Advocacy Academy and Advocacy Day

• Wednesday evening, May 4 - Opening Reception

• Thursday and Friday, May 5-6 - General Sessions, Town Halls, and 60+ Learning Sessions

The event will be attended by ESOP company employee owners as well as expert ESOP advisors.

Bob Massengill will be attending the event and look forward to meeting with our clients and fellow ESOP advisors.

In addition, Bob will be participating in the panel “Fiduciary Review of Your Valuation” along with Chelsea Mikula, attorney from Tucker Ellis. This panel will discuss the process and content of how trustees - whether internal and external - review the appraisal of company stock. The learning objective will be to provide insight into the valuation process. This one hour discussion will be held on Friday, May 6 at 11am.
